Agreement
By accessing or using Founder Frequency (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What the Service Is
Founder Frequency provides numerology-based frequency profiles and reports synthesised using AI. These profiles are generated from your name and date of birth and are intended for personal insight and self-reflection purposes.
The Service is for entertainment and personal development purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice of any kind. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from Founder Frequency.
Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are final. Because reports are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and sent to your email address.
If you did not receive your report due to a technical error on our end, contact us within 7 days and we will re-send it or issue a full refund at our discretion.
For Circle monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Intellectual Property
Your generated report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content of your report without written permission. All other content on the Founder Frequency website — including copy, design, and code — is the property of Founder Frequency and may not be reproduced without permission.
Accuracy and Disclaimer
Founder Frequency profiles are generated using numerological calculations combined with AI synthesis. Results are subjective and interpretive by nature. We make no representations or warranties that the information in your report is accurate, complete, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founder Frequency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on report content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
- Submit false or misleading information to generate reports
- Resell or redistribute reports without written permission
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when changes are made.
