Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Full name and date of birth — used solely to generate your frequency profile
- Email address — used to deliver your report and occasional updates
- Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
Information collected automatically
- Standard web analytics (page views, session data) via Vercel Analytics
- Advertising pixels from Meta and TikTok for ad measurement and audience building — these may be blocked by browser settings or ad blockers
How We Use Your Information
- To calculate and deliver your frequency profile and report
- To send your purchased report and any monthly briefs you've subscribed to
- To add you to our email list when you opt in via the calculator
- To process payments securely via Stripe
- To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymised usage data
Data Storage
Your name and date of birth are used in real time to generate your profile and are logged to a secure database solely to ensure report delivery and troubleshoot issues. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing purposes. Email addresses are stored in Resend for delivery purposes.
If you purchased a Circle monthly subscription, your name and date of birth are stored on your Stripe customer profile so we can generate your monthly brief on renewal. You may request deletion at any time.

Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
Cookies
We use minimal first-party cookies required for site functionality. Advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok) may set third-party cookies for measurement purposes. You can disable these through your browser settings or a content blocker.
